JC went back to rome +she followed w/ her younger bro, who she soon poisoned + she lived w/ julius. after is assassination, went back to egypt, but during the troubles in rome, she took the part antony, who she had earlier interested. when in cilicia, she went to visit him, in great splendor + he was soon enthralled, following her to egypt + lived there in profuse + wanton luxory. calling thmselves 'osirus + isis'. he did marry octavia, but he went back + he helped her in battle. $ + men + supplies. augustus took advantage of cleo's unpopularity in rome + he declar. when antony lost all cause, she made overtures to Oct in getting rid of antony. BUT THEY DIDN'T THINK THE SHEEPLE NEEDED TO KNOW. guess what. WE DON'T. just ridiculous.
i want the gnews channels GONE, unless it is like Cspan or NPR. how about we get 24 hours of BBC. the situation room, which i see on the daily show is obscene. gnews goes to vegas. like game shows. eternal jazz hands with the same old WHITE MALE talking heads.

RANDOM ESTATE SALE POST
WAWAtosa! ttreasure traders. but i guess the family didn't leave as much as expcted, but as it was a family house. more for house tour! still a bad girl. i spent $1.500 on 3 oid sherlock holmes books, 2 cookie cutters(rabbit + hobby horse), and 1 old wood dice.
house late 1800's shingle vitorian. walk in the big door. small, but high ceilings. grand lite, front parlor. piano area. with piano. VERY nice back screened porch. EEEEW the kitchen has been attacked by the 70's. NOOOoooooooooooooooooooo! back staircase and front fancy stairs. upstairs bunch of rooms. 2 bedrooms have sinks. fancy hardware but wood knobs. hmmm. no basement. no attic. door to little attic above the down staircase. how do you use that?

luckily translations! 1926. not bartlett's! 1st section-british & american authors. lot of poetry. so taking that out unless i likes it. 880 pages of itty bitty print. this will be daily. 343 pages of index. who knows what i shall find!

RANDOM ESTATE SALE POST
had to do it on the first day. a rather 'small' place off lake shore drive. hop skip and a small jump to the lake. heavy on the 'decorator look. color color color. kitchen redone and a wall removed. ok, the larger matt glass tiles were nice. mix of blues. but i never like redos much. at least not done in the 70's. i found a few things. and i found a 20's NOT BARTLETT'S quotation book. putnam's. set up like a dictionary.
but going in the hall was the best. the floor tiles had 'aztec' glyph tiles. and random colored ones. i wonder if the aztec ones are vintage. i want them!
