The house is 13” long by 4 ¾” tall at the roofline. Its footprint is 12” by 6”.  I’ve had it for at least a year, maybe two. It has a split in one end, but I glued it tight. (At the time, I had no intention of selling it.)  You see – it’s a toy, and when I get my hands on a toy, I tend to play.
