OLD ESTATE SUITCASE airline/military/hotel/B&O/army/travel decal STICKERS w/ key

I looked at a couple more. They were all the same kinda deal – made to look old. I started walking toward the dealer, but I felt a hand on my shoulder holding me back. It was the friend who’d driven me to the show. He said, “Just let it go. It’s not worth you getting all hot about and making a scene.”
He was right, of course.

This one ISN’T one of those. It “attic-dusty-dirty” and has cobwebs inside, but it doesn’t stink bad – at least nothing a little wipe down wouldn’t solve.

It is a suitcase made of that stiff brown stuff. I can’t think of what you call it. I keep thinking “fibroids,” but I know that’s not it.

CONDITION: Pretty good – a little misshapen on the top side but nothing to make you not like it for what it is. If you want one in perfect shape, go see that dim-wit selling fakes or order some of the decals yourownself.

Here’s an idea. Buy this suitcase, then keep buying littler stuff from me. I’ll let you know when it’s full, and you can save on shipping. I like that idea, especially if you buy a lot of expensive stuff.

Both latches work fine to keep it closed. The two parts of the lock don’t meet up perfectly. If you want to lock it for some strange reason, you’ll need to reshape it a tiny bit. But you and I both know you’re not going to do that anyway, so forget I even mentioned it.

the body of a hanged pirate, hermetically encased in hardened pine resin to retard decomposition, + held together w/ leather straps to prevent limbs falling off. thus embalmed, the salubrious moral deterrent effect lasted longer.
