ANTIQUE VICTORIAN FEATHER FAN & FLIRTATION NOTE- $42

Those Victorian ladies with means loved owning & using their beautiful feather fans, that I already knew.  However, when I discovered this fan, it was in an old box along with a handwritten note, probably put in there so an heir wouldn’t use it improperly.

The note is on stationery embossed with a crowned shield with a standing lion in the shield. It is 8” by 5”, and it comes with the fan. It’s just about the coolest note I’ve found. One side gives instructions onFAN FLIRTATION, and the other side tells all about HANDKERCHIEF FLIRTATION.

we’re wondering and conjecturing, I wonder: Was Granny a little tramp?

Take a trip to Victorian times and have a good time, you hussy!
