RANDOM 341 OBJECT
Antique REDWARE Pottery Spirits COOLER, Crock w SPIGOT-$117+
Don’t go all technical on me and tell me it’s not actually called a “Spirits Cooler.” That’s just as close as I could come to a descriptive term for a crock meant, obviously I hope, to hold something containing alcohol that was meant to be imbibed in.
Whatever you want to call it, it’s as decorative as all get-out, and this example is in beautiful condition with no chips or cracks. It stands 10 ¾” tall and weighs a whopping 4 ½ lbs.
Isn’t it amazing how something as simple as rings of incised lines can add so much to a design?
I know you’ll be tickled with it.
