While doing a few minutes of research on this item, I ran across something that tickled my funny bone. Compared to all the absurd warning labels of all kinds of products nowadays – such as “Don’t touch chainsaw blade to your tongue” – stupid stuff like that, I found the sign in the B&O section of Union Terminal quite refreshing. It said . . .
It reminded of a crudely painted sign I saw in a guy’s yard way up in the mountains of eastern Tennessee, which said: “BAD DOG – DON’T GIT BIT.”
