In case you didn’t earn your Boy Scout merit badge for Morse Code, the message above simple says:
“On the day of his retirement after 30 years, the previous user of this set at Union Terminal in Cincinnati, it was gifted to him by his employer.” That is the story told to me by his heirs. I can’t prove it, but I enjoyed the story about how proud it made him. It's like a ball player having his number retired.
