If you get out your loupe, (like an overly persnickety miser) and examine the stamens and their stems, the first thing you’ll notice is a little knot of “dust bunnies.” Someone should have told me to clean it. (I seldom sell jewelry.)
Second, looking closely, you will see little droplets of jet-black enamel on some of the stamens and not on others. I think some may have let loose, but it is impossible to notice while pinned to your blouse. If someone does notice, he’s staring too closely at your breast area and should be smacked across the lips. That’s when you say, “I’m up here!”
