Both frame and watercolor are in nice condition, with only one bump at a backside corner of the frame and very minor soiling toward the edges of the image. I’ll show you several photos, and you’ll see that it needs nothing. It is ready to hang and enjoy.
However, I did remove it from the frame. It was behind museum glass. I’ll leave it out of the frame for safer shipping.
