The most difficult part of downsizing, I’ve found, is making the decisions as to what goes and what stays. I’ve probably moved this dramatic, hand carved walnut stand out of our living room to photograph eight or ten times – then put it back. But being practical, it has to go, along with a most extraordinary French, hand painted bombe music cabinet with ormolu mounts that I’ll list Sunday the 14th. (I’ll show you a preview picture at the bottom of this listing.) But let’s get to the business at hand.
