WWII Battleship PAINTING by Sailor COHEN in STEEL FRAME-$104
M. L. Cohen is the artist, and the work is signed and dated (1945); lower right. My best guess is that Cohen was a sailor, and that he not only painted the image of a battleship but also made the stainless steel frame – a quite a frame it is.
