RANDOM ESTATE SALE!

ooh. a haul! a haul! pot war pre-ranch. semi-attached garage. much stuff. people grabbing stuff for their $4 bags. fill a paper shopping bag-$4. i have a big african woven bag w/ handles. can fit about as much as you can see. i figure the blue glass birds the best for ebay. OOOH, real nice old old marble. MINE. will try to sell the student made ceramic horse + foal, but will gladly adopt them. hmm, maybe should hoard. hope the aluminum coffee pot sells. hallmarked 1916. pre-electric. the bottom wood handle part got burned eons ago. but 1916! almost 100 yrs. i rather like the big turned wood 'vase'. keep that. course, the sad old wallet/book, would anybody want that? 1800 or 1900's? the 'book' back + front gone mostly. the little mid-century rabbit + candlestick holder are ebayable. some things i can try. the mexican vase is mine too. the carved roadrunner is in sad shape. i suppose i could try to ebay it once. the shrooms i will hoard. one broken. but at least there was much to glean. i like gleaning! oh, forgot the sad embroidery w/ strayberries. old old.

i quite like the horses.

but what is that wooden paddle thing? says made in france.

Comments:
If the paddle were raw wood, it could be a spatula for use in an oven.
If it's primed, it might be the basis for a painted wall/door decoration.
And sometimes a paddle is just a paddle for beating small children.

that's a big fuckin spatula then.

It looks too narrow for a pizza shovel, but how about for rolls or bread?

i was thinking bread. do you spank bread?
