RANDOM OS 9

oh man was this estate sale full of OLD stuff. museum old. this is a radio. you say no way, but this is before they could put it in a box. and they also had an edison brand mimeograph. slightly smaller than a xerox. the tubes are in the box.

Comments:
Homemade kit radio. That could be really valuable, Pansy. Hope you acquired it.

Best thing is, don't fix anything and above all, don't plug it in or try to run it (the thing is likely battery operated, anyway). Either sell it as is, or contact somebody who works with antique radios for an appraisal.

Nice find, keed.

oh, i couldn't afford it. i DO plug in toasters, fans and heaters. ok, i BOUGHT the one that started on fire. just cobwebs and dust. the heater was fine. i only buy working stuff. oh, and desk lamps and floor lamps. some cords on the bad side, but they worked when i plugged it in

early 'ham' radio?

dang, i should have taken pictures of those old shaking 'exercise' machines.
