RANDOM ESTATE SALE POST
this sale was about 3 or so blocks from my abode. same era. tho lannon stone. maybe a little older. inside. hollywood italy. similar spanish plaster. iron & wood staircase handrail. a short landing before the 2nd floor. i got to peek into the bathroom. tile work looked older. cool tile work around the bathtub. big! 4 'bedrooms'. lots of closet room. big hall up stairs. bet the floors nice under the horrid wall to wall rug.
1st floor had a huge livingroom, 'solarium', door to the attched garage(2 big for thew era!$$$), powder room, big kitchen with eating area, dining room. big hallway. old stuff. grandparents? grandma going to assisted living? HORRIBLE miami hotel art. old stuff cleared out. paint job. it will be a very nice house. oh, the kitchen had a lot of redo badly.
and my haul.i loved the wood pestles. and couldn't resist the old cracker box. lots of shoppers. luckily nobody desires what i do. oh, had 2 old heaters, but i resisted. but, they tweren't copper. and the basement one wasn't like the one we got for work. the 'clara bow'.
