RANDOM POLITICS POST

i was polled today. a WI poll about judge elections, tho the young poll chicky did mention it a few times. course i am all for public financing judges. SINCE THE LAST REPUBLIKKKAN BITCH WHO BOUGHT HER SEAT ON THE SC HAD ETHICS PROBLEMS BEFORE THE FUCKING ELECTION. but had more commercials to sway the idjits here.
the poll writing sucked tho. and the chicky had a hard time asking them. 1/2 the time i was confused.
but, i seemed to impress her with my knowledge. but i was the 1st one to mention NPR, when i questioned whether it was news radio. cause it ain't limbaugh and shit.
she said i sounded younger too. maybe it's that blogging i does. hmm. if 40 is old, how old was she?oh crap. i am old! i'm fucking vintage!

Comments:
Writing decent survey questions is nowhere as easy as some fools think. I went through one where I couldn't see the difference between choices like reliable/responsible/trustworthy. The caller had no idea. A supervisor called me back because all 3 had been checked off and they wanted only 1 response per question.

More recently, a caller told me she hadn't read the questions before getting on the phone and they didn't make sense to her either. She seemed nice and I stayed with her so she'd get credit for completing the call.

fuck those polls. Gallup usually asks way more Republicans than self identified Dems or independents, because Gallup asserts that more Republicans than those groups voted in the last two Presidential elections. Not true. So even a Korporate Amerikkan poll that shows 60% of "us" hate fucking Bush is understating the number. Fuck these fucking people.

i do keep my radar up for push polls. but don't get polled much at all. loved the one for the state senator who WASN'T my rep so i could call him a nazi. luckily reynolds LOST!!! weee.
