It may just be an electrical sub-transmission or distribution station. Transformers, circuit breakers, lightning arrestors, and lots of insulators. Most of that in triplicate because you have 3 phase circuits.

Drive by a generating plant. Look closer to ground level than the chimneys or reactor domes and cooling towers.
