happy thanksgiving. going to have another boring one, but i already made 1/2 a turkee breast. 4lbs $2.99 fresh bird. not a supermarket one. brined it overnight. threw it in the oven after searing it sorta. my handy dandy meat timer card was way off, but it came out late excellent. gravee ok. not the best ever, but good. sliced meat into gravee for tomorrow. no stress T-day. tho overcooked the brownies. ok, i didn't. cranberry fluff good-i should post the recipe. uh uh
2 cups ground raw cranberry.
3/4 cup sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
3 cups mini marshmallows um.....
i pint of whipped whipping cream
put in fridge overnight. when gets too liquid-add more marshmallows.
some might want to add chopped nuts.
