#2-the day of reckoning

the squirrel menace before he is removed. luckily i went out while coffee was brewing or i woulda missed the shot.


the remaining squirrels are behaving themselfs and look so cute. i do miss my chippies though. damn, keith has a visiting raccoon. big fat one. darn. he is like me. he feeds the vermin and crows. he is ssooooo my soulmate! he would have loved sitting on the cottage patio with strategic seeds. i had chippies running over me. eating out of my hand, petting them, sort of.heck, watching them during meals. who needs teevee when you can watch an alert chippie socking away seeds.
ooh, i don't think i mentioned it. one day, when i was sitting alone, a hawk plucked away a red squirrel. ooh, that was cool.
always go for the predator.
