OK. only a little late. but i didn't use any recipe's this week really.
did i do my salisbury steak/meatballs?
i don't think so.
so easy.
1 lb or 2 use any meatball recipe. or hamberger. you know. slice of bread, i egg, 1 onion.
1 cup ketchup
1 cup A-1 steak sauce.
a little water
large onion sliced.
brown meatballs. combine and cook 2 hours at 350.
wine also can be added. some OJ for exra fruity.
i divined this from something i ate at a restaurant for old people. good with pasta or potatos.
i was gonna do a recipe for kettle corn.
need a medium kettle you don't love.
corn oil and corn
get it hotafter 1st kernal pops, sprinkle 1/4 cup white sugar over rest. cover and let it go.
salt.
easier to clean the kettle than you think.
i have a popcorn kettle that is a sad sad thing. bottom half black encrusted oil. but the inside is clean.
