and in the paragraph below-

...cheney lauched the defence department's privatization effort in 92', took advantage of it as CEO of halliburton from 95'-2000, and then helped to extend and entrench the "private rmy" aspect as vice-preznit.

so, the profiteering comes full circle. not only is that buck in cheney's pocket. i think he has been forging it as well.
