this past media musing is a collection of stuff by other people and there are a couple that are good enough to give them even more space.

"Bush is a poor salesman for the US....people have just felt that he is a silly man, and are not obliged to think harder about his positions."(a london financial consultant quoted in NY times.

"it is now clear that the iraq war was the mother of all bait-and-switch operations" (of course, paul Krugman)


and my favorite-
