i can't remember where i read it, but during Vietnam, Cheney was going to grad school at University of WI, Madison. DURING very heated protests, and he says he did not notice.
WHAAAaaaaa?!? a school bombing, tons of protests at MOSCOW ON THE MENDOTA/MONONA???? did he live where he studied and never peek???
more likely, cheney just hid with the other repugs. while bitching about the underclassmen. that or he was too drunk and stoned. (would explain George's pickin his soul mate)
