There is a lot of debate about how to deal with spanish speaking school kids. Of course Repugnitans are very interested in trying to appease Hispanics hopeing to get their votes.
IF blacks spoke a far 'different' (far away from english) form of ebonics, WOULD they care about these school kids? I doubt it.
