1937 WATERCOLOR PAINTING Union Pacific STEAM ENGINE No. 804 LOCOMOTIVE
Union Pacific Railroad bought 45 engines of this type (4-8-4) from the American Locomotive Company, the first 20 delivered in 1937. The 804 was one of those. This unsigned watercolor drawing depicts the engine and tender fired up and ready to roll.
